If you're dissatisfied with your product and wish to file a complaint, please follow these steps: 1.Log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders". 2. Select the relevant order number. 3.Click on "Issue Report". 4.Describe the issue(s) with your product and click "Submit". Make sure to upload clear images as proof. You have up to 72 hours to report any issues on your order. Once the returns process has begun, all products delivered with defects must be returned. Keep in mind of production time and shipping time if you decide to get your order reprinted Upon receiving your message, we will investigate the matter and contact you via email within 1-2 business days.

No need to worry; your order has not gone missing. Please attempt to track your package again in a few hours, as it may take some time for the system to update, particularly if the tracking was generated on the same day.

If the order has been approved and charged but hasn't yet been sent to print, it's possible to cancel it, although a cancellation fee will apply. For orders totaling up to $200, the cancellation fee is $15. For orders totaling up to $300, the fee is $30, and for orders exceeding $300, the fee is 10% of the total order amount. Once the order has been set up or sent for print, we can only refund the shipping charges and recycle the order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments or alterations to customers' files. However, you can email us with your revised files at orders@phaseprint.info Keep in mind that this only possible if your order hasn't been sent to print.

With gang-run offset printing, orders are grouped and printed together in a single run. Due to varying ink concentrations required for each order, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match for any specific order. However, we do assure an 85% color match. Additionally, please bear in mind that colors displayed on your computer monitor are in RGB color mode, while prints are produced in CMYK color mode. RGB colors typically appear brighter than CMYK colors. If you suspect a printing issue, please log into your account and create a problem ticket, or send an email to orders@phaseprint.info, including your order number and a description of the issue in the subject line. Kindly allow us 1-2 business days to investigate and respond to your inquiry.

To check the status of your order, log in and navigate to "My Orders" in the left-side menu. There, you can view the status of all your orders.

Though it may sound a bit scary, don’t be alarmed: bleed is simply the edge of the product that will be trimmed when the product is cut to the final size. Since we print your product on an oversized sheet that gets trimmed down, we require that the images extend beyond the trim zone/line to ensure your design extends to the edge of the product after cutting.

To determine the delivery time for your order, it's important to consider the readiness of your files for printing. If the files you submit are not print-ready, we may need to request new uploads, potentially causing a delay in delivery. Typically, print-ready files are submitted, proofed, and charged within 1-2 business days. Afterward, please refer to our turnaround time page to find the print turnaround time for your specific order. For instance, flyers typically has a production time of 4-6 business days after your order has been charged. Next, refer to the shipping method specified at the bottom of the page, and calculate the shipping time to determine the total delivery duration for your order.
